Boyes Turner’s Cerebral Palsy compensation team secured a settlement for approximately £3 million for Jessica* after a highly complex birth injury case.

The injury left Jessica with athetoid cerebral palsy caused by oxygen starvation during birth.  She is physically disabled and is dependent on her wheelchair for mobility.

Jessica lives independently and plans to use the compensation money to buy a suitable property and adapt it as necessary.  She will also be able to buy a new wheelchair and put in place carers to assist her daily routine.
